Thanks for the feedback. this is a difficult task and hard to measure success with so many different ways to communicate. HCCC has atleast 5 ways for members to communicate. I like the idea of generateing questions. An old sugestion was to have a different theme every other month. Would anyone be willing to call or write memebers individaully?
