The Historic Camera Collector Club holds periodic photo Contests for fun. The contests are structured so that members have the opportunity to share with other members a selected portion of their collections. Contests are held in the Member Collection Gallery. typically the contest involves taking a digital photo and uploading it to the members photo gallery. We are currently scheduling three types of contests.
The first type of contest is a Collectable Camera Collection Contest. Members post high quality images, up to 5, of their collectable cameras and the images get rated on :

The second type of contest is a Antique Photo Contest. Members post high quality images, up to 5, of their collectable Photos with descriptions of the image and photographer. All images are welcome from dags, to albumen, to tintypes which will be rated on the following criteria:

The third type of contest is a New and original Photo Contest. Members post high quality images, up to two but only one is required, which depict antique cameras being used in everyday life. Similar to the early kodak ads. Entries will be judged on the following criteria:

First Prize: Up to $40.00 worth of merchandise from the HCCC shop
Second Prize: Up to $25.00 worth of merchandise from the HCCC shop
Third Prize: Up to $20.00 worth of merchandise from the HCCC shop

Contest Rules:
Photos must be owned by you, and participation acknolwedes that you grant HCCC the authority to publish images in news letters , the site, or elsewhere.
