The Stereoette Camera was manufactured by the Ica A.G. camera company of Dresden, Germany from approximately 1910 into the 1926. One of the most popular stereo cameras. Capable of producing 1 3/4 x 4 3/16 inch (45 x 107 mm) images on plates, cut film or film packs and adaptable to a twelve plate magazine. The body of the camera is covered in the seal grain leather. It was constructed entirely out of aluminum with black enamel or nickel finish. Features include a rising and falling front operated by a screw adjustment, iconometer and reflecting finder, hooded focusing back and standard tripod socket. The camera measures 6 x 2 3/4 x 1 7/8 inches and weighs 20.5 ounces.
