  Folding Pocket Senco No. 3

The Folding Pocket Senco No. 3 was manufactured by Seneca Mfg. Co. beginning in 1912. The introduction of the Senco line was a departure into the roll film abandoning plates and cut film. The Senco's were made entirely of aluminum with no exposed hinges. Covered in seal grain leather with nickel plated hardware. The No. 3 was recommended for snap shot work and capable of taking twelve exposures 3 1/4 x 4 1/4 inches in size without reloading. The camera included a rising and falling front, reversible brilliant finder and two tripod sockets. The basic camera was fitted with a meniscus achromatic lens and No. 1 Uno automatic shutter with bulb and tube. Rapid rectilinear or astigmatic lens option were also available. Original prices ranged from $15.50 to $47.00.
