The Box Eclair was manufactured in France by the Coronet Camera Company of the UK, and the Trianity Company of France in circa 1950. Designed as a simple and inexpensive box camera for capturing 8 6x9 cm exposures on number 120 roll film. It constructed of cardboard with a metal face plate and leatherette covering. It featured a Trianity fix focus meniscus lens, a snap shot instantaneous shutter, flash syncronization and two view finders for horizontal and vertical photographs.
