  Seneca No. 3 Camera

The Seneca No. 3 Camera was manufactured by the Seneca Camera manufacturing company from circa 1903 to 1912. Designed as a compact folding camera at a popular price. The No. 3 was fitted with a Seneca Rapid Rectilinear lens and Seneca Duo shutter with bulb and tube attachment. This camera was constructed of Mahogany with an ebony finish, covered in morocco grain leather, the bass hardware was nickel plated and the bellows were made of black or red Russian leather lined with gossamer cloth. Features include a rising and falling front, a removable back with spring actuated ground glass panel for focusing, a clamp with automatic press-button, a brilliant reversible metal-bound view finder and two tripod sockets. Available in 4 x 5 inch or 5 x 7 inch sizes. Priced at $14 and $18.50 respectively.
