Annual Survey : Our annual survey is currently in progress until April 15th, so if you have not voiced your opinion please do so by clicking here and vote! NEW SITE TRAFFIC RECORD :
HC web site continues to be a regular stop for all the major search engines like Google, MSN, AOL and others. In the month of January we hit a new traffic record of over 64,000 page views on our site. Breaking the old record of 53,000.
Spring Membership Drive : This annual spring membership drive features a free T-shirt for members joining or upgrading to associate members. It was suggested that we provide our members who sell on ebay auction an incentive to promote new membership. So we are taking the suggestion. Members are encouraged to offer free membership to HCCC with a complimentary PDF file of the First 50 Years of Photography. A historically significant article that was published in 1889. Have your winning bidder sign up using your name in the promotion code box and the new member will be emailed the ebook along with membership information. Just add this code to your description:

Special Featured Article #1: We are really excited to present to our club members the first glipse of HCCC's Biography of Edward A. Caner : 1890's Amateur Photographer. This is a world premier of Edwards work. HCCC is fortunate to be able to exhibit his cameras, a selection of his 750 images and the story of this pioneering Photography through the family members. Featured Article #2: Our second featured article is a biography about Samuel Morse: The Father of American Photography. Morse was the first American to learn the process, and he taught the first wave of pioneering photographers. His position as a scientist gave him access to Daguerre and their friendship endowed Morse with first hand knowledge.
