2. Photographic History Reseacher : Work part time at own pace and hours. Pay by delivered content.
Requires personal computer and text program.
We are currently accepting articles submitted by freelance authors as a trial basis through September 15th, 2011. We will consider write-ups on photographic history, historic people of photography, historic photographers, Historic Photography events, historic cameras and photographic process information that we currently do not already have in our database. We typically accept short essays that are 350 to 600 words in length preferably with an accompanying image of the topic. Any format is acceptable like Microsoft Word or other text program. Here is a good example of a short article Edward Anthony. There is no time table for submitting, you can submit at your leisure. Articles will be judged on interest of the topic as it relates to camera and photography collectors and those interested in Photography history. For each article accepted by historic camera and included into our database we will credit you $10.00 either by check or paypal. If it is not accepted it will not appear in our database and we will let you know of the non-acceptance. Only original articles can be submitted. Submit to admin@historiccamera.com . 2. Newsletter Editor : Organize and publish a quarterly news letter for the Historic Camera Collector Club. The newsletter would be 2-4 pages and delivered to the 300+ members signed up. Content would include website tips and information, History librarium updates, articles submitted by our researchers, articles submitted by members, events that are related to our theme and profiles of users or important people in the photo busniess.
