The Filmograph No. 2 Camera was manufactured by J. Lancaster & Son beginning in 1903. This was a well made camera constructed with an aluminum base board. The No. 2 takes quarter plate exposures 3 1/4 x 4 1/4 inch in size on roll film. It was possible to purchase an adapter for using glass plates or cut films. This camera comes with rising and falling front, Lancaster's instantaneous lens with rotating stops, new iris shutter with time and instantaneous speeds, and a new reversible rotating brilliant finder. The Filmograph No. 2 was originally priced at 45s.
