Lancaster's Amateur Camera Set

Lancaster's Amateur Camera Set was manufactured by J. Lancaster & son was offered for sale from approximately 1893 to 1898. Sold as a set which included a basic mahogany field camera with folding tailboard, manual focus on a ground glass screen and a patent reversible back. The set also included a three folding tripod, chemicals, plates, patented ruby lamp, printing frame sensitized paper, toning and fixing solutions, cards and a book of instructions in a polished box with lock and key. Available in five sizes:
