Newman & Guardia Special Sibyl Camera, model 2 was manufactured in circa 1910.
Constructed of metal, covered in the best morocco leather and a black bellows of the finest leather. Capable of taking exposures 2 1/2 x 3 1/2 inches in size.
Features included single extension, vertical and horizontal rising front, folding Direct-vision or reflecting finder with a pull-out lens hood, focusing scale from 2 yards. Fitted with various lens, including a Ross Xpres f3.5, a T.T.H. Sibyl-Aviar f3.5, Dallmeyer Serrac f3.5 and a Wray f4.5 Lustrar. The Shutter was a N&G spring powered, with pneumatic regulation and speeds between 1/2 - 1/100 of a second.
