The Folding Pocket Kodak camera was introduced in 1897 by the Eastman Kodak Company. The original model with collapsing front and brass fittings was replaced in 1898 with a version with nickel fittings. The No. 1 Folding Pocket Kodak camera replaced the original model in 1899.
