The Vest Pocket Kodak Special Camera was manufactured by the Eastman Kodak Company from 1912 to 1935. Constructed of metal with fine pin-grain Morocco leather and nickeled hardware. Fitted with the Kodak anastigmat or Bausch & lomb anastigmat with a Kodak ball bearing shutter for speeds up to 1/50 second. Features included a Kodak auto-time scale. Daylight loading with eight exposure autographic film cartridges no. 127 for photos 1 5/8 x 2 1/2 inches. when closed the camera measures 1 x 2 3/8 x 4 3/4 inches, weighing nine ounces and easily fitting into a pocket.
