The No. 1 Autographic Kodak Special Camera was manufactured from 1915 to 1926. Capable of taking six exposures, 2 1/4 x 3 1/4 inches on No. 120 roll film. Fitted with a Kodak anastigmat lens f6.3 and a Kodamatic shutter with seven adjustable speeds up to 1/200 of a second. Constructed of aluminum and finished in black seal skin with nickeled and black enameled hardware. Features included a rising front, counter sunk autographic attachment, screw adjustable focus, brilliant reversible finder, and two tripod sockets. Compact folded size measures 1 5/16 x 3 1/16 x 6 7/16 inches and weighs 18 ounces. Approximately in 1922 the No. 1A Autographic Kodak Special was upgraded newly designed front and more accurate focus adjustment. Priced at $50.00 in 1922.
