The No. 2 Eureka was manufactured by the Eastman Kodak company from 1898 to 1901. Designed similar to the basic No. 2 Eureka but with only capable of taking plates and not roll film. It was also reduced in price. It took pictures of 3.5 x 3.5 inch (9 x 9 cm) on glass plates fitted with a fix focus meniscus lens and rotary shutter with time and instantaneous action. Constructed of wood and covered with a good quality leather. Priced at $2.50 in 1898.
