  No. 4 Folding Kodak Camera


The No. 4 Folding Kodak was manufactured by the Eastman Company from 1890 to 1892. This was the first folding camera for roll film only using the Eastman Walker roll holder. This camera was able to take 48 exposures, 4 x 5 inch in size. Features included a reversible finder, rapid rectilinear lens, multiple diaphragm settings, Time and instantaneous action, folding compact satchel style design. The camera measures 6 5/8 x 7 1/2 x 7 3/4 inches when closed. It cost $ 50 in 1890.
