The Kodak 35 camera with rangefinder was manufactured by the Eastman Kodak Company from 1939 to 1951. After the success of the Kodak 35, the need arose to add a rangefinder capability, so the camera was modified but retained the Kodak 35 name. The camera was fitted with a Anastigmat Special f3.5 lens and later models with a Kodak Anastar f3.5 lens. Early models used a Kodamatic shutter and in 1948 it was made with a Flash Kodamatic Shutter.
