The Acme Standard Gem Camera or aka the New York Gem, was by manufactured by the Scovill Manufacturing Company. Capable of making various sizes depending on the arrangement of the tube lens. Available in 1/4 plate, 1/2 plate and 5 x 7 sizes. Using four 1-9 tubes, you can produce 4, 8 or 16 pictures on a 1/4 plate, 6 pictures or 2 cards on a 1/2 plate. the 5x7 gem camera with 4 tubes will make 4 pictures.
