  Auto Malik Camera

The Auto Malik was manufactured by Leidolf company of Wetzlar, Western Germany in circa 1960. An automatic exposure 35mm camera that was exported to France. It was constructed of a die-cast aluminum body with black leathereette covering and the exposed areas either painted black enameled or chromed. Capable of taking 20 or 36 exposures on standard 35mm roll film. This camera was fitted with a Lordonar 50mm f2.8 lens and a Pronto-Matic four speed leaf shutter providing speeds from 1/30 to 1/500th of a second, plus bulb. It also featured a built-in optical view finder and flash synchronization.
