The Bantam Colorsnap camera was manufactured by Kodak Ltd. in the UK from 1955-1959. The first in a series of three Colorsnap cameras. The camera was constructed of a metal body and face-plate with a molded plastic top housing featuring a built-in optical view finder. It captured 28×40mm exposures on standard 828 roll film. It was fitted with a Kodak Anaston coated lens with a focus scale for taking views, groups and close-ups and a single 1/50th of a second speed instantaneous shutter. An exposure chart is printed on a plate on the back of the camera.
