  Petite Century Camera

The Century Petite Camera was introduced in 1902 as the smallest of the century folding camera line. Constructed of mahogany with leather covering and brass hardware. The original model no.1 had the view finder placed on the left side and later models on the right side. The portable compact size weighs only 14 ounces and can take double plates or regular daylight loading film for images 3 1/4 x 4 1/4 inches. The lens is a rapid rectilinear of excellent quality with a automatic time and instantaneous shutter. the front standard has sufficient rise and fall to dispense with the swing back and a rack and pinion allowing full use of the 6 3/4 inch bellows.
