The Century View camera was manufactured from approximately 1902 to 1915. It was made in two styles, a no. 1 and no.2. Both were constructed of Mahogany wood and provided a balance between compactness, strength and light weight. The No. 2 was similar to the No. 1, except that it was built stronger and had fine rack and pinion for rising and falling front, vertical swing and horizontal swing. They were made in a variety of sizes including 5 x 7 inch, 6 1/2 x 8 1/2 inch, 8 x 10 inch and 11 x 14 inch. Original pricing ranged from $21 to $40.
