The Kaftax MP camera was manufactured by the Kafta camera company of Paris France in circa 1951. It was made with black molded plastic incorporating a built-in optical view finder. The camera captured 6 x 9 cm exposures on no. 620 roll film. The Kaftax MP was fitted with a telescoping lens mounted in an instantaneous shutter, including bulb. It also featured a choice between two apertures or a yellow filter.
