The Nancy Hanks Camera was manufactured by G. Gennert from approximately 1896 to 1903.
Constructed of fine mahogany with tool filed brass hardware and black fabric bellows. Features included a rear focus design, double swing, reversible back for horizontal or vertical pictures without having to remove the camera from the tripod. Available in sizes 5 x 7, 5 x 8, 6 1/2 x 8 1/2, 8x10, and 14x17.
