Tattersall's Patent Hand Camera was manufactured by Talbot and Eamer of Blackburn in circa 1890. It was a compact quarter-plate camera design that was advertised as being half the size and weight of other cameras on the market. It featured a magazine of plates that can be used with a focusing screen.
