  Bantam f5.6


The Bantam f5.6 camera was manufactured by Eastman Kodak Co. from 1938 to 1941. The camera was constructed with the original Bantam's bakelite body but with a metal standard. It was capable of capturing eight 1 1/8 x 1 5/8 inch exposures on no. 828 "Bantam" film. It was fitted with a Kodak coated anastigmat f5.6 lens. The shutter provided speeds of 1/25, 1/50, 1/100 part per second, plus bulb and time. The Bantam f5.6 50mm lens camera was priced around $14.00 with an optional leather case for $3.25.
