The Futurit camera was manufactured by Tovara Na Kabele AKC located in Bratislava, Sovakia in circa 1939. It is believed to be the only camera produced by this company. The camera was constructed of molded bakelite plastic with the Name Futurit embossed on the front. It was capable of capturing 4 x 6.5 cm exposures on roll film, which is also embossed on the back of the camera. It featured a fixed focus lens and an instantaneous and time (M&T) shutter.
