Kamret Camera by J. Lancaster & Son

The Kamret Patent Camera was manufactured by the J. Lancaster & Son Ltd company of Birmingham, England in circa 1900. Designed to be compact and lightweight. The camera was constructed of polished mahogany wood and polished brass fittings. Made to accommodate quarter plate sized dry plates. It featured a double extension bellows adjusted by rack and pinion focusing, a built-in tripod mount, rising and falling front, a swing back, a reversible ground glass view back.
