The Patent Pocket Camera was manufactured by J. Lancaster & Sons in circa 1888. Designed similar to Lancaster's Watch Camera this tiny camera had a collapsible telescoping body which erected when opened by springs. It was designed into a leather covered case resembling a daguerreotype case. this is different than the pocket camera advertised in 1879 which was a hand camera. This is a rare camera.
