  Vici Folding Camera

The Vici Folding Camera was manufactured by the Sunart Photo Company from approximately 1893 to 1899. The Vici was a high grade camera constructed of mahogany and covered in seal grain morocco leather with a red leather bellows. It was capable of taking exposures on 5 x 7 inch plates. It was fitted with a Baush & Lomb Universal lens and the latest improved shutter working betweeen the lenses. Features included double swing back, rising, falling and cross swing front, spring actuated ground glass, reversible finder, rack and pinion for focusing. It was able to hold three double plates or the Eastman roll holder. It measured 8 3/4 x 5 1/4 x 7 inches. Originally priced at $31.50 with one plate holder. Fitted with the Eastman roll holder it was priced at $42.75.
