Goerz Vest Pocket Tenax

datasheet_loginThe Goerz Vest Pocket Tenax Camera was manufactured by the C. P. Goerz Optical Works company from approximately 1908 to 1926. Designed specifically for use with plates 1 3/4 x 2 5/16 inches in size, but it was also able to accommodate film packs. This camera measures approximately 7/8 x 2 3/4 x 3 1/2 inches when closed and weighs about 13.5 ounces. It is very light and compact. It features a single extension, strut extending bellows locking at infinity, a direct view collapsible finder, ground glass back for focusing, black leather bellows, black enameled front, nickel finished hardware, leather covered body and a tripod socket. Goerz Vest Pocket Tenax Camera was fitted with various lenses including a Goerz Dogmar, a Goerz Double Anastigmat Dagmar or a Double Anastigmat Syntor. It was fitted with a compound shutter capable of speeds up to 1/250 of a second.
