The Roll Film Tenax Camera was introduced by the C. P. Goerz Optical Works company in 1909. A light and handy camera of the highest class. Constructed of light metal, and covered in black leather. The interior is enameled in black and the hardware finished with nickel. This camera was able to capture exposures 3 1/4 x 4 1/4 inches on daylight loading film. Featured a rising and side swing front, a micrometer milled side screw for focusing, an improved patented method of loading film, a brilliant finder, focusing scales, infinity catches, accurate level, and a Compur shutter capable of speeds of 1/250 of a second. Selectable with several lens options including a Goerz Dogmar f4.5 or 6.3, Goerz double Anastigmat Dagor f 6.8 and a Goerz Tenastigmat f6.3.
