  Ideal Camera by Adams & co.

The Ideal box camera was manufactured by Adams & Co. in circa 1898. Advertised as the simplest and handiest of all hand cameras. Capable of taking twelve exposures on plates or films, 4 1/4 x 3 1/4 inch in size. Fitted with the Everset shutter with speeds from 1 second to 1/100 of a second, with also time exposures. The model No. 1 was fitted with a Rapid Rectilinear lens and priced at 5 5 0. Model no. 2 was fitted with a Wray lens, priced at 8 10 0.
