The Century Ultra Grand camera was manufactured by the Century Camera Company in circa 1902. Described as the finest camera in the world, based on the Century Grand Special but without regard for cost. The bellows are a crimson satin, the leather covering is of the finest and all hardware is silver plated. the case is made of sole leather with purple silk velvet lining.The mahogany plate holders are trimmed in silver. Made in three sizes, a 4 x 5 inch originally priced at $125.00 or a 5 x 7 inch size originally priced at $150.00 and an 6 1/2 x 8 1/2 inch originally priced at $200.00.
