Little Pilot and Pilot Cameras

The Little Pilot and Pilot Cameras were introduced by the W. Butcher & Sons company in 1902 as an inexpensive hand cameras. They were constructed of wood and covered in morocco leatherette. Fitted with achromatic lens with revolving diaphragms and a time and instantaneous Everset shutter. All of the 1904 Pilot models carried magnifiers for near objects, so that the camera can be used for both indoor as well as out door work.

No. 1 - 2 5/16 x 1 3/4 inches, for six plates (priced at 4/3)
No. 2 - 3 1/2 x 2 1/2 inches, for six plates (priced at 5/-)
No. 3 - 3 1/4 x 4 1/4 inches, for six plates (priced at 7/6)
No. 3a - 3 1/4 x 4 1/4 inches, for twelve plates ( priced at 9/-)
No. 4 - 5 x 4 inches, for six plates (priced at 12/-)
