Junior Cameo Camera

datasheet_loginThe Junior Cameo Camera was manufactured by W. Butcher & Sons Ltd. from approximately 1904 to 1922. Designed as an inexpensive camera that was able to be carried in a pocket. Made of well seasoned wood, covered with morocco grained leatherette and the exposed wood has an ebony finish. Features included an engraved focusing scale, infinity catch for automatically locking the lens at the correct infinity focus, a one piece all metal front for rigidity, large brilliant reversible finder that is placed over the lens, focussing screen with a folding hood. Fitted with a Lukos no. 1 shutter Everset, giving time, bulb and instantaneous exposures with finger release. Exposure size and lens were provided by model no.

No. 1 - 3 1/2 x 2 1/2 inches, with a Single Achromatic lens F11
No. 2 - 3 1/2 x 2 1/2 inches, with a Primus Symmetrical Lens F8
No. 3 - 4 1/4 x 3 1/4 inches, with a Single Achromatic lens F11
No. 4 - 4 1/4 x 3 1/4 inches, with a Primus Symmetrical Lens F8
