Superior Omnigraph Camera

The Superior Omnigraph Camera was manufactured by the J. Lancaster & Son Ltd. company from what appears to be 1890 or early. However in that time period it was called Lancaster's Detective Camera. Somewhere around 1893 the camera was renamed or the Superior Omnigraph was very similar to the detective camera. Advertised as evrybody's detective camera, simple and efficient. Covered in leather with a best quality lens iris diaphragm, see-saw shutter, and changing box carrying six plates or films. Priced at 31/6 for the quarter plate camera, 42/- for the 5 x 4 camera and 63/- for the half plate sized camera.
