Domino Box Camera

The Domino camera was manufactured by the W. Butcher & Sons Ltd company in circa 1902. During the turn of the century Butcher produced many versions of inexpensive box cameras for the amatuer market. It was produced for a short time. The Domino was a, quarter plate sized, magazine camera capable of processing twelve plates. Fitted with a good quality Achromatic lens, three diaphragms, and a shutter with time and instantaneous speeds. It featured and improved ground-glass view finder, the infallible changing system. A wood box covered in morocco grained leatherette and fitted with a strong leather handle. Originally priced at 12/6.
